Long before I knew patient advocacy was a profession, I was already doing the work.
As a registered nurse, I found that some of the most meaningful moments in my career were the conversations—helping patients and families understand what was happening, feel heard, and become a little less overwhelmed.
That led me to professional patient advocacy and ultimately to creating RiseWell Healthcare.
